We are highly proficient in a wide range of surface preparation techniques for metal substrates including high pressure washing, hand & power tool cleaning, abrasive blasting both manual and mechanized. Our aim is to provide not only the best preparation techniques but also the most cost efficient and ‘fit for purpose’ methods as suitable for each project and its unique demands.

In response to the market requirements for ever higher quality products we have developed a Quality Control department that understands these needs and in response has initiated our own internal training schemes along with the certification of staff with internationally recognized bodies.

As we grew as a business over the years we have accumulated a substantial stock of surface preparation and coatings application equipment and also built up an experienced and skilled workforce who are very familiar with the demands of international specifications and the quality levels required to satisfy these requirements.

Our ever increasing workload identified a need for major investment to further enhance our service provision and a decision was made to build our own purpose designed facility for surface preparation and coating application activities. This facility will allow us as a company to provide the complete ‘one stop shop’ service to our customers, this being the initial processing of the raw steel through to on site finishing of the assembled structures.
