With over 10 years of experience in Thailand is a certified and approved applicator for Chartek, Intertherm and other Passive Fire Proofing and Cold Spill Protection systems we are a market leader for these services. We have track record for both hand and plural pump spray application for a number of international products to both onshore and offshore structures.

Our specialized project teams have extensive international experience installing passive fire protection products and systems to structures, spheres and bullets.

Service Details

Our current capacity of six plural pumps in country plus a well experienced and skilled application workforce enable us to cover large application demands without the need for importing additional machinery or manpower.

  • All new personnel complete an induction and comprehensive safety training before commencing work.
  • Employees with no industry background are started as “helpers” and are mentored by experienced personnel. Through a process of continual on the job assessment and evaluation employees who show an aptitude and competency for a particular discipline are identified and encouraged to undertake further training which best suits their capabilities.
  • All trade supervisors and senior personnel have risen through the ranks with the company.
  • Technical and managerial staff are recruited on the basis of their academic qualifications and industry experience. The majority of PFP trade personnel were previously experienced painting sprayers, blasters and inspectors with the company.
  • All operators are evaluated in house by DSL supervisors on a regular basis the evaluation is signed off by the PFP Superintendent. In addition all pump operators are given an annual 3 day refresher course in house by DSL to ensure competency in operating equipment.
  • Operators are qualified by product supplier assessment. Successful candidates are issued a certificate stating their competency by the product supplier.
  • All Foreman are working Foreman and have been qualified by product supplier assessment.
  • Foremen are assessed continuously in house by DSL Supervisors.
  • Supervisors are evaluated in house by DSL management on a regular basis

Should any project, or concurrent running of multiple projects, demand that more equipment and / or skilled manpower is required we have a close working relationship with PFP Contracting in the UK who are an established international leader in the fireproofing industry and able to provide any additional requirements we may have.
